Vividwall — Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 25, 2026

The short version: Vividwall collects no data. None. The app runs entirely on your Mac, makes no network connections, and has no analytics, tracking, accounts, or ads.

What the app stores

Videos you import are copied into the app’s own sandboxed library on your Mac.
Your preferences (wallpaper choices, playback speeds, power settings) are stored locally on your Mac.

None of this ever leaves your device. Deleting the app deletes all of it.

What the app does not do

No data collection of any kind — personal or otherwise
No network requests, telemetry, or analytics
No third-party SDKs, trackers, or advertising
No account or sign-in

Built-in content

The wallpapers bundled with Vividwall are derived from public-domain footage published by NASA. They are included in the app itself — nothing is downloaded.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of Vividwall ever changes any of the above (for example, an optional online wallpaper gallery), this policy will be updated before that version ships, and the App Store privacy label will reflect it.
