HomeFit Plan — Support

A home workout plan that fits your week.

Answer a few questions and HomeFit Plan builds a four-week plan from your goal, the equipment you own and the days you can train. Tick off sets as you go, catch up when life gets in the way, and let the plan adjust itself from how each workout felt. Offline, private, no account, no subscription.

Frequently asked questions

How is the plan built? From your goal (lose weight, gain muscle or maintain), experience level, equipment, how many days and minutes you can train, and any body areas to go easy on. You review the plan before it starts and can swap any exercise, add or remove exercises, or ask for a different plan. Week 4 is a lighter recovery week on purpose.

I missed a workout. Is my week ruined? No. A Catch up card offers the missed day; doing it today counts for the day you missed, so the week fills in and your streak holds. One missed workout per week is forgiven. On a rest day, Log a workout lets you do any of the week’s sessions as an extra; it counts for that day and your planned days stay where they are.

What counts as a finished workout? A workout counts toward your streak once at least half its planned sets are ticked. If you stop early, Save and finish later keeps the ticked sets and Today shows Resume.

Can I change reps or weights after the fact? Yes. Edit log on the Today card, or any day in History, lets you change every set, remove sets or delete the workout.

What does the weekly review do? Once a week the app looks at how workouts felt, how many you completed and how your weight is trending, and may suggest adding or removing a set, harder or easier variations, a lighter schedule or a change of goal. Nothing changes until you accept, and every accepted suggestion can be undone.

Does it tell me what to eat? Yes, as a guide rather than a tracker. Eating for this plan (Pro) works out daily calories and protein for your goal from your profile and latest weigh-in, turns them into hand-sized plate portions, and lists foods to reach for and to keep rare. There is no food logging. It is general guidance for healthy adults, not medical advice.

Does it work offline? Yes, completely. Only iCloud sync and the App Store use the network, and both are optional.

Does it sync between my devices? Yes, through your own private iCloud when you are signed in. Nothing is visible to us.

Does it connect to Apple Health or Apple Watch? Not in this version.

Kilograms or pounds? Either. Settings → Units switches weight between kg and lb and height between cm and feet.

Something hurts. Stop, use the ⋯ menu on the exercise to swap it, and tell the app at the end of the workout so it avoids that area for the rest of the plan. HomeFit Plan gives general fitness guidance, not medical advice; consult a doctor before starting a new programme, especially with a health condition.
